Exchange Policy

1. Exchange Period
Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. The product should not be damaged, the original packaging should be intact, and it should meet resale conditions.

2. Return Address
To proceed with an exchange, please return the product to the following address:

3. Return Shipping Costs
All return shipping costs for exchanges are covered by Mideast Trade. A prepaid return label will be provided. Customers should pack the product securely, attach the provided label, and send it via the designated carrier.

4. Reshipping Costs
Reshipping costs for the exchanged product are also covered by Mideast Trade. The replacement product will be sent without additional charges to the customer.

5. Exchange Procedure

Step 1: Contact us via email (info@mideasttradeinc.com) with your order information and exchange request.

Step 2: Our customer service team will provide the prepaid return label and instructions for returning the product, typically within 24 business hours.

Step 3: Return the product according to the instructions and attach the prepaid label.

Step 4: Once the returned product is received and inspected, the exchange will be processed within 2 business days and the replacement product will be shipped.

6. Condition of Returned Products
All returned products must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and meet resale standards. Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be processed for exchange.
