Mideast Trade offers a range of furniture products, including desks, sofas, coffee tables, dining tables, and other home furniture. All products are intended for the United States market. Sales and delivery services are limited to addresses within the United States.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. In the event of delays, customers will be informed promptly.
3. Accuracy of Product Information
We aim to provide accurate product information, including prices, dimensions, and specifications. In case of errors or delays in updates, information will be corrected as needed.
4. Pricing and Payment
All product prices include applicable taxes. Accepted payment methods include MasterCard, and Visa. Payments are processed through a secure platform.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Mideast Trade provides delivery within the United States. Orders of $89 or more include free shipping. Orders under $89 will incur a fixed shipping fee of $10. Estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days.
6. Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. Returned products must be in original packaging, undamaged, and suitable for resale. Return shipping costs will be covered by Mideast Trade, and a prepaid return label will be provided.
7. After-Sales Service
A 2-year warranty is provided on all products. If a product has a manufacturing defect, repair or replacement will be provided. Customers can contact support by email or phone, and inquiries are addressed within 24 business hours.
8. User Account
To make a purchase, customers must create an account. Account information must be accurate and up to date. Login credentials must be kept secure. Unauthorized use should be reported immediately.
